The categories of driving licenses are listed below and their description. we can offer all categories

Drivers License license categories are issued with varying ages.

Minimum age for obtaining a driving license:

16 years old for categories AM, A1 and B1;

18 years old for categories A2, B, BE, C1, C1E and Tr;

20 years old and an experience of at least 2 years driving motorcycles in category A2 license, or at least 24 years, for motorcycles in category A;

21 years for categories C, CE, D1 and D1E, as well as for tricycles with a motor with a power of more than 15kW;

24 years for categories D, DE, Tb and Tv.

AM driver's license category

Mopeds.

Driving license category A1

Motorcycles with a maximum displacement of 125 cm3, with a maximum power of 11 kW and with a power/weight ratio of no more than 0.1 kW/kg. Tricycles with a maximum power of 15 kW.

Driving license category A2

Motorcycles with a maximum power of 35 kW, with a power-to-weight ratio not exceeding 0.2 kW/kg and not derived from a vehicle having more than twice its power.

Driving license category A

motorcycles with or without an attachment and tricycles with an engine with a power of more than 15 kW.

Quadricycles whose net mass does not exceed 400 kg (550 kg for vehicles intended for the transport of goods), not including the mass of the batteries in the case of electric vehicles, and which are equipped with an internal combustion engine whose maximum net power does not exceed 15 kW or with an electric motor whose maximum continuous rated power does not exceed 15kW.

Driving license category B

a. the vehicle whose maximum authorized mass does not exceed 3,500 kg and whose number of seats, apart from the driver, is not greater than 8.

b. the assembly consisting of a category B towing vehicle and a trailer whose maximum authorized mass does not exceed 750 kg

c. the combination of vehicles whose maximum authorized mass does not exceed 4,250 kg, consisting of a category B towing vehicle and a trailer whose maximum authorized mass exceeds 750 kg.

Driving license category BE

The combination of vehicles whose maximum authorized mass exceeds 4,250 kg, consisting of a category B towing vehicle and a trailer or semi-trailer whose maximum authorized mass exceeds 750 kg.

Driving license category C1

The motor vehicle, other than that of category D or D1, whose maximum authorized mass exceeds 3,500 kg, but not more than 7,500 kg, and which is designed and built for the transport of a maximum of 8 passengers in addition to the driver. The vehicle in this category can be attached to a trailer whose maximum authorized mass does not exceed 750 kg.

Driving license category C1E

The combination of vehicles consisting of a towing vehicle of category C1 and a trailer or semi-trailer whose maximum authorized mass is greater than 750 kg, provided that the maximum authorized mass of the combination does not exceed 12,000 kg.

Combinations of vehicles in which the driving vehicle is part of category B and its trailer or semi-trailer has a maximum authorized mass of more than 3500 kg, provided that the maximum authorized mass of the assembly does not exceed 12,000 kg;

Driving license category C

The motor vehicle, other than those of category D or D1, whose maximum authorized mass is greater than 3,500 kg and which are designed and built for the transport of a maximum of 8 passengers in addition to the driver.

The assembly consisting of a category C motor vehicle and a trailer whose maximum authorized mass does not exceed 750 kg.

Driving license category CE

The combination of vehicles consisting of a towing vehicle of category C and a trailer or semi-trailer whose maximum authorized mass is greater than 750 kg.

Driving license category D1

The motor vehicle designed and built for the transport of a maximum of 16 passengers, apart from the driver, and whose maximum length does not exceed 8 m.

The set of vehicles consisting of a towing vehicle of category D1 and a trailer whose maximum authorized mass does not exceed 750 kg.

Driving license category D1E

The combination of vehicles consisting of a towing vehicle of category D1 and a trailer whose maximum authorized mass is greater than 750 kg. The trailer must not be intended for the transport of persons.

Driving license category D

The motor vehicle intended for the transport of persons having more than 8 seats, apart from the driver's seat. The vehicle in this category can be attached to a trailer whose maximum authorized mass does not exceed 750 kg.

Driving license category DE

The combination of vehicles consisting of a category D towing vehicle and a trailer whose maximum authorized mass is greater than 750 kg. The trailer must not be intended for the transport of persons.
